A whole beef is the most customizable option we offer and provides the best value per pound. All Oregon Prime Beef is grass-fed and grain-finished, producing excellent flavor, tenderness, and consistency from pasture to plate.
You’ll receive approximately 720–900 lbs of packaged, freezer-ready beef, professionally processed and vacuum sealed. Full custom cutting is included, allowing you to choose steak thickness, roast sizes, grind preferences, and packaging options.
What’s in Your Locker Beef
Each whole beef is tailored to your preferences, but typically includes:
~20% premium steaks (ribeye, NY strip, tenderloin, top sirloin)
~30% roasts and versatile cuts (including flank steak)
~50% ground beef for everyday meals
Beef is locally processed and prepared for long-term freezer storage. Plan for 24–30 cubic feet of freezer space.
⏳ Processing timeline: Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 months. Reserving early ensures your spot in the processing schedule.
💳 Deposit: A $1,100 deposit is required to reserve your whole beef. Your card will be charged $1,100 today. Once your beef is processed and the final packaged weight is confirmed, the remaining balance will be charged.
