You’ll receive approximately 180–225 lbs of packaged, freezer-ready beef, cut using a standard cut list (custom cutting is not available for quarter beef).

Beef is professionally processed, vacuum-sealed, and ready for your freezer. Plan for 6–8 cubic feet of freezer space.
